All applications are protected by a username and password. And you have the option of having different levels of access for different usergroups in your organisation. Administrators have full access and editing rights to the applications. Other members of your organisation can view the information without being able to change it. You can even have users outside your organisation have limited access to certain pieces of information.

Our Asset Management module is a simple way to keep track of your organisation's assets. Add your assets to the module, including date of purchase and asset description. You know where they are at all times by updating status and the location of the asset and including any notes.
Our Contact Management module allows you to keep track of the important people to your organisation and their important details.
Do you need an integrated calendar that keeps track of your whereabouts but also those of other important members of your organisation? Then do it online with Sitemaker. You can view other colleague's calendars and know when they are available for meetings. You can also keep details of private events from being published to your calendar. The calendar is exportable to other external calendars.
Our Image Gallery allows you to create different galleries and add images to each. The Administrator can add and delete images, create descriptions and re-order the images. While other users may just view the images, including thumbnails and full size images.

Create and keep records of your sales opportunities by entering them in our Sales Management module. Used in conjunction with the Contacts module, the module keeps track of the history of the contact with the opportunity, when the next contact should be made and who is responsible for the sale. Documents, such as proposals or quotes, may also be kept with the Opportunity. All Opportunities are presented to you in a clear manner in the date order you have nominated them to be contacted.
